2. Project Milestones and Refunds
Our services are delivered in phases aligned with project milestones. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the milestone at which cancellation is requested:
- Before Project Initiation: Full refund of any advance payment within 14 business days.
- During Discovery/Planning Phase: Refund of 75% of the advance payment, minus any costs incurred for research and strategy documentation.
- During Design Phase: Refund of 50% of the advance payment, minus costs for completed design deliverables.
- During Development Phase: Refund of 25% of the advance payment, minus costs for completed development work.
- Post-Completion: No refund is available for completed and delivered work.
3. Requesting a Refund

4. Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if: (a) project delays are caused by client non-responsiveness; (b) requested changes fall outside the original project scope; (c) third-party services or licenses have been procured on the client's behalf.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by cleanlayoutlab, located at Carrer de Muntaner 110, Barcelona, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, España, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
cleanlayoutlab provides web design, development, and digital strategy services as described in individual project proposals. Each project is governed by a specific proposal document that outlines deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These Terms of Service apply in conjunction with the project proposal.
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required before project initiation.
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied as required by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-designed elements, code, and content created specifically for the client are transferred to the client. cleanlayoutlab retains the right to use general frameworks, methodologies, and non-client-specific code in future projects.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship for a period of 24 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
cleanlayoutlab's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, as outlined in Section 2 of our Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, España.
